Terms of Service

1. Scope of services

We prepare landscape design concepts, planting plans, paving routes and seasonal maintenance guidance. Website content is informational; the binding scope, price and timeline are set in a written agreement.

2. Estimates and orders

Estimates are indicative and depend on the information you provide. Before a distance contract is concluded you receive clear information on the service, price, payment, duration, cancellation, refunds and complaint procedure under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII. Terms are provided before ordering per Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, стаття 7.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate site data and access.
• Obtain permissions for works on the property.
• Disclose utilities, drainage and protected planting.

4. Fees, cancellation and refunds

Fees, payment stages and cancellation terms are set in the agreement. Prepaid amounts for cancelled work are refunded less documented costs, per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII.

5. Liability and advertising

Planting outcomes depend on weather, soil and care, so specific results are not guaranteed. Advertising is identifiable and free of unsubstantiated claims per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР. Liability is limited to fees paid.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@fashionstgyle.com or +380 661 578 3361; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII.

7. Personal data and cookies

Form data is processed on consent, with a privacy notice covering your rights under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI; non-essential cookies need prior consent per Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX.
