01 — Brief process
A short written brief, a plot outline, and three observations. That is enough to open a file and book the site assessment.
The first conversation is not about plants. It is about slope, drainage, and how the light lands across the plot at nine in the morning and again at four. Send what you already know and the gaps are filled on the visit. A firm quote is issued only after that assessment, never from a photograph.
01 / Plot brief
A short brief helps us prepare for the site assessment. Include the plot area, the region, and what you have noticed about soil, drainage, slope and light.

04 — Studio details
One studio address in Kyiv, plot assessments across the region. Email is the fastest route when you are sending plans.
Copying the email address into your own client keeps the thread together, drawings attached. If you already hold a soil report or a survey, send it with the first message and note the plot area in square metres. To request a plot assessment, use the assessment form.
